Rebranded Knight Frank team launch new lettings service

Todays other news

Yorkshire estate agency North Residential – led by ex-Knight Frank staff – has launched a new premium lettings service.

A statement from the firm claims that a “rental support team with decades of experience” is now in place to provide the unrivalled service that aims to find tenants prepared to pay a “premium rent”.

This would put them on what the agency calls “a flexible contract to retain the ability for a buyer to have vacant possession.” It is not a service currently offered in Yorkshire but the concept has already had proved successful, the agency says.

Agency director Harlan Pollitt says: “We are pleased to introduce our new lettings division as we strive to provide a one-stop solution for our clients. Not only does this provide a range of options for them to maximise return on their asset, but it also offers a steppingstone for being in the best buying position when the right property comes to market.

“There is an unprecedented demand for rental properties across our current office locations in Harrogate, Pocklington and Northallerton, and it makes business sense for us to add this service while delivering more value for our clients.

“Ultimately, we aim to offer a fully holistic residential estate agency service through relationship-driven customer service, and this will help us to retain clients in the longer term.”

North Residential is the re-brand of the former team of Knight Frank in Harrogate which moved to become independent in September last year.

With office locations already in Harrogate, Pocklington, and Northallerton the agency is planning further openings in Leeds and York soon.

North Residential says that it’s made “strategic connections in the South with a planned presence in the prime boroughs of London.”
