Fine & Country has announced what it calls “a ground-breaking partnership” between licencees Jonathan Handford and Sean Newman and Jack Rees to run the brand’s Southampton and Winchester area.

Handford and Newman say they have witnessed the expansion of Fine & Country’s presence in the Southampton and Winchester area and claim independent data from consultancy TwentyCI reveals that Fine & Country is the fastest-growing prime agent in the market above £750,000,.

Handford says: “We are thrilled to bring our experience and existing infrastructure to the table, offering unparalleled support to agents across our licence areas. Our aim is to provide an exceptional level of service and assistance, fostering growth and success for our team members.”

Rees comments: “Being part of Jon and Sean’s group will enable us to deliver an even more tailored service, taking our offerings to the next level. Both Jon and Sean are highly respected figures within the industry, renowned for their exceptional achievements in estate agency. We eagerly embraced the chance to form this partnership.”

The expanded licence will cover Southampton, Romsey, Winchester, and Andover, solidifying the brand’s regional presence, with a team that includes pre-sales, post-sales, and administration assistance.

Nicky Stevenson, managing director at Fine & Country, comments: “The combined experience within this partnership will make Fine & Country Southampton and Winchester a force to be reckoned with in the region. I am excited to see their continued success in bringing the brand’s premium offering to the area.”
