Leaders Romans Group has acquired small independent single-branch Rosedale Letting Specialists.

The acquisition gives the group a new location in Lincolnshire, and it will be rebranded to Leaders.

All team members will transfer to LRG under the Leaders brand.

Michael Cook, Group Managing Director at LRG, comments: “We’re delighted to announce our fourth acquisition this year and to welcome the team at Rosedale Letting Specialists into LRG.

“Our five-year strategy is focused on growth across the UK by acquiring well-known businesses such as Rosedale Letting Specialists.”

And Hayley Norfolk of Rosedale adds: “Rosedale Letting Specialists is very much focused on providing a positive and successful service to our landlords and tenants. By merging with LRG, our business will continue to thrive and grow.

“Becoming part of the Leaders brand will ensure that the quality service we provide to landlords and tenants continues. Combining this with the best online customer portals, research capabilities and the great approach towards sustainability that LRG offers will be a winning combination.”

Leaders points out that Rosedale Group Ltd (trading as Rosedale Property Agents) is a separate legal entity to Rosedale Letting Agents Ltd (trading as Rosedale Letting Specialists) and will continue to trade normally.
