Strutt & Parker’s Chester operation has become the second tenant in an arcade within a new development in the city.

Strutt & Parker – now part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Group – has a 2,000 square foot office overlooking Exchange Square and joins Sovereign Wealth Management which moved into the scheme in late 2022.

Two office suites remain available to rent within the building.

Strutt’s local director Ross Houlden says: “The new Northgate scheme in the centre of Chester is the perfect location for our new office and provides our employees with a high quality, efficient, sustainable and modern workplace.

“It is a positive, innovative and fresh move away from our old premises and easily accessible for our clients.”
