Connells’ high end brand John D Wood & Co. Is opening of a new office in Winchester, Hampshire.

It occupies a stone-built corner premises in the heart of the city and will be led by Emily Reeve and Kevin Allen handling lettings and sales respectively.

The agency says this new strategic move highlights what the company calls its “commitment to growth and its dedication to serving clients in its country regions and beyond.”

Managing director Polly Ogden-Duff says, “We are delighted to have opened an office in Winchester, providing a fantastic link between our well-established offices in Lymington to the south and Oxford to the north. Many of our existing clients live in Winchester, and we are pleased to be able to join a new community and create partnerships within this vibrant City.”
