Alto, Zoopla’s cloud-based software product, has announced a marketplace product allowing agents to self-serve and activate Proptech partner integrations within the platform.

Zoopla says the breadth of partners available in Alto Marketplace will also enable agents to customise their CRM.

Partners are currently available across nine categories including: 

Tenant referencing: via five reference partners – Vouch, Canopy, Homelet, FCC Paragon and Lettings in a box;

Tenant onboarding: by using Goodlord and openflo by Openbrix;

Tenant maintenance: with Fixflo;

Auctions: with in-house online auction service with Bamboo;

Anti-money laundering solutions: with compliance checks with SmartSearch;

Buyer onboarding: with MoveGenius;

Moving services: via Anyvan;

Property management: with Homebox; and

Property marketing: through FocalAgent.

Agents can also submit requests for new partner integrations via Alto Marketplace.
