Property consultancy Knight Frank is beefing up its super prime lettings team.
Amy Pritchard has joined as Senior Lettings Negotiator in the firm’s South West London and Home Counties Super Prime team, and Alice Freeman, who previously spent four years in the Kensington office, has joined the Prime Central London team.
Prior to joining Knight Frank in 2021 as a Senior Lettings Negotiator covering Esher, Cobham & Weybridge, Pritchard had extensive market experience in South West London managing a lettings team in East Sheen. In her new role, she will be predominantly focussed on assisting tenants in sourcing super prime properties across the area.
Pritchard says: “Having lived and worked across this patch, I am confident that I can share my knowledge of the different locations to prospective tenants and provide a rounded view of the Super Prime market.
Meanwhile Freeman, a partner in the firm, has joined the Prime Central London super prime team following four years in the Kensington office. Her new role will cover the whole PCL market, working alongside head of super prime lettings Tom Smith, and the firm’s network of local offices.
She says: “It is really exciting to see the expansion in the team, to help support the continued success within the department. It is great to be working across Prime Central London to be able to offer our clients with unparalleled service with all their property needs.”
