New support helpline opens for ARLA Propertymark members

New support helpline opens for ARLA Propertymark members

Todays other news

Propertymark is introducing a new dedicated Lettings Helpline for ARLA members in England and Wales.

Until now Propertymark has provided members with access to support through a series of helplines connected to a range of external sources.

But from Thursday October 28 members will have a dedicated number to access expert support from Propertymark’s own in-house lettings support team.

The helpline team will work closely with Propertymark’s Policy and Compliance Teams and the organisation says it “will be perfectly placed to tackle a wide range of challenges members face daily within residential lettings and property management, as well as offering comprehensive support on fast-paced property legislation and ever-changing regulations.”

Jan Hÿtch who is leading the project comments: “As a former letting agent of many years, a lettings helpline run by Propertymark exclusively for its members would always have been at the top of my list of useful resources to tap into.

“It makes absolute sense for us to provide this great resource as a part of our membership and I’m delighted to have been involved in its conception. I hope members will find it makes a real positive difference to their working lives.”

To coincide with the helpline’s unveiling, Propertymark has invested in a library of additional reference information, guidance and help sheets available to members online.

The Lettings Helpline will be open Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 on the new helpline number 0330 441 0441 (standard call charges apply).
