Spicerhaart is setting up a remote centralised lettings management service which it says will operate “from Cardiff to Colchester, and Birmingham to Brighton.”

The same team is to look after compliance issue in the Spicerhaart brands, too.

A statement from the company says this gives “Property Management equal weighting to Residential Lettings, as well as bringing in additional home-working Partners, who are focused on building long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.”

Operations director Kelly-Anne Flynn says: “A fully remote Operations team means that we have been able to attract some of the best quality talent and are agile enough to be in amongst our network, identifying challenges and opportunities from the coal face.

“Our Operations team has been designed to provide unparalleled support to our new Lettings and Property Management structure; from providing legal guidance, compliance support and implementing new processes and procedures, to ensuring our systems and external partnerships are aligned with our strategic objectives and ambitious growth plans.

“Centralising this support has enabled our Lettings and Property Management specialists to focus on providing the best service to our customers and we are already seeing some record breaking results.”

Spicerhaart lettings managing director Satwant Basi adds: “They have made exceptional progress as we continue towards achieving our ambitious target of 50,000 managed units. As well as investing substantially in our teams and our IT systems, we will also be appointing new leaders to help further develop our business. We want to be the employer of choice.”
