Belvoir has expanded its presence in Scotland following the opening of a brand-new office in Kirkcaldy.

The branch is the sixth Belvoir franchise for the owners, who now hold the record for owning the largest number of franchises in Scotland and the wider Belvoir network.

Andy Clachers, regional managing director of property management at the franchise giant says: “We are delighted to be opening our Kirkcaldy branch office, and in partnership with Delmor estate agency and the Mortgage Advice Bureau, introducing Belvoir to the wider Fife market.

“With the formal launch of our branch and our highly experienced team, our focus now is on offering a local and personalised property management service to landlords, tenants, investors, buyers and sellers of properties.

“This encompasses sourcing, letting, estate agency and financial services from trusted national brands Belvoir and MAB, in partnership with Fife’s hugely successful Delmor estate agency.

“The combination of a local team of experts, backed up with the support and reputation of Belvoir’s trusted and reliable national brand has never been more important to our customers in making important financial decisions in the property market.”

Belvoir’s franchise director Ian Maclean adds: “It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the team at Belvoir Kirkcaldy on the opening of their new office which I am sure will be highly successful. The owners joined Belvoir in 2019 and this is their sixth Belvoir office in Scotland, which demonstrates a real commitment and passion towards the property industry and to Belvoir.”
