Savills has appointed Marielle Papadopoullos as head of lettings in its key Hampstead office.

Papadopoullos, who joins as a director, has over a decade’s experience in the London lettings market. She joins from Knight Frank, where she ran the Marylebone lettings team, building on five previous years’ experience at Carter Jonas.

At Savills, she will lead a department of specialists handling the rental of properties throughout Hampstead, Belsize Park, Kentish Town, Dartmouth Park, Hampstead Garden Suburb and Highgate. They will work closely with Savills’ nearby north London offices at Primrose Hill, St John’s Wood and Maida Vale.

Her appointment follows the re-location of former head of Hampstead lettings, Ali Ishaq, to Savills Abu Dhabi where he has taken up the post of Head of Residential Agency.

Of the Hampstead appointment, Savills’ Head of Prime Central London lettings – Amelia Greene – comments: “Marielle has an excellent track record in leading successful teams, building long-standing client relationships and delivering strong results for clients across all rental price points.

“Savills lettings division comprises some of the best known, well-established agents in the industry and Marielle’s appointment reflects our commitment to recruiting top talent to service clients right across our unrivalled network of London offices.”
