A free webinar on the controversial Renters Reform Bill is to feature one of the industry’s top legal experts.

David Smith is a partner and Head of Property Litigation at JMW Solicitors, and the lead legal adviser for the National Residential Landlords Association. 

He will be on the webinar along with Irving Hill, chief executive of the student lettings charity Sulets.

This webinar is specifically aimed at those operating in the student accommodation sector and will be discussing the impact on these businesses including student PRS landlords, PBSA operators, lettings agents, Universities and Student Unions.

Sulets is a specialist educational charity based in Leicester which advertises, lets and manages student accommodation for over 2,300 students in the city.

The webinar is on Tuesday November 7 at 2pm.
