Two well known agencies are to merge in Scotland.

Cullen Kilshaw LLP, a solicitors and lettings and estate agency, is to merge with JD Clark & Allan, a long-established firm in the Borders.

The combined firm will trade under the name of Cullen Kilshaw brand and partner Ross Kilshaw says: “We are very excited about this assimilation, which will strengthen our position as the leading solicitor estate agents in the Scottish Borders.

“We have always admired the work of JD Clark & Allan and we are looking forward to welcoming their staff and clients to our firm, and to continuing their proud legacy in the town of Duns.
