A limited number of tickets are still available for this year’s Propertymark Qualifications Awards.

Olympian Roger Black MBE will appear at the awards ceremony at the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, on Friday December 1 with awards being presented by the esteemed TV and property guru Phil Spencer.

This annual event from the UK’s largest specialist awarding body celebrates the high level of commitment to qualifications and professional development in the property sector.

Roger Black will take to the stage to share lessons learnt throughout his incredible career: he achieved his lifelong dream of standing on the Olympic rostrum in Atlanta in 1996, as one of the country’s most successful sportsmen. He will be sharing his approach to developing a winning mindset by applying his ‘Five Fundamentals’ for success.

Every learner and apprentice who has been certified with Propertymark Qualifications achieving the recognised standards in qualifications since October 2022 is invited to celebrate their success with the opportunity to graduate with a commemorative certificate on stage from Phil Spencer, founder of Move iQ.

The Awards are an annual celebration of lifelong learning and recognises learners and apprentices, employers and agencies who support professional development and the achievement of Propertymark Qualifications. With 11 awards also up for grabs on the day: six as a result of nominations and five recognising academic excellence, all judged by an independent panel of industry experts and practitioners; it’s set to be a great celebration of success.

Michael Smith, Head of Qualifications at Propertymark, says: “The Propertymark Qualifications Awards is our annual opportunity to honour those who have worked hard towards their qualifications and apprenticeships. With such an acclaimed guests as Phil Spencer and Roger Black, I’m really looking forward to welcoming learners and their guests to this year’s ceremony.

“Everyone who has worked tirelessly to achieve their ambitions and gain their certificates with Propertymark Qualifications should be rightly very proud and it’s time celebrate all that hard work and have their moment in the spotlight.”
