Agents’ trade body Propertymark has pencilled in June 14 2024 as the date for its second Propertymark One event.

Last summer’s event, at London’s Wembley Arena, brought together speakers such as Gerald Ratner who delivered a keynote speech about business and his experiences in life, as well as Dave Garland who spoke about the need for the entire industry to embrace artificial intelligence and the opportunities it can bring. The event was rounded off with an inspirational talk from Dame Kelly Holmes charting her story, challenges, and pathway to success.

For the property industry, June 14 2024 will be an important date not to be missed – Propertymark One is a date that will prove to be the biggest event in the industry calendar.

In addition, £4000 was raised for charity,.

Now Propertymark promises “something even bigger, bolder and standout” following feedback from agents.

Chief executive Nathan Emerson says: “Our conferences keep delivering new ground and as the only body to represent all property disciplines, Propertymark One will take things to a new unseen level. We will be unifying the very best of the property industry under one roof.”

And the group’s commercial manager, Jason Lee, adds: “I am incredibly excited about our plans for Propertymark One next year, we have looked at every aspect from this year’s and asked ourselves how we can take it up a further gear. We displayed the best of the industry, raised an incredible amount for charity and had an outstanding evening with our after-show party. We can’t wait to share details regarding the venue, tickets, and speakers over the coming weeks. Be assured it’s going to be impressive.”
