The autumn roadshow being hosted by Fine & Country resumes next week with the first of six dates throughout the rest of November.

The event promises to bring together industry professionals, business owners, and managers for a series of informative and insightful meetings – two have already been held in Exeter and Abergavenny.

F&C managing director Nicky Stevenson says: “Our regional meetings offer a unique opportunity for business owners and managers to network with their peers, share valuable insights, and explore success stories that can benefit agents within their region.

“We are committed to providing our network with in-depth insights into the regional property market and the behaviours of the local audience. Understanding these factors is essential for building a thriving estate agency business and establishing oneself as the agent of choice within the region.”

Each event kicks off with an overview of the property market and a glimpse into Fine & Country’s plan for 2024, presented by Stevenson.

A statement from the agency says this tour will “focus on what it takes to succeed in 2024” offering attendees a completed one-page action plan.

Each meeting will feature standout Fine & Country agents who consistently achieve 2.0 to 2.5 per cent fees as well as an upfront marketing contribution.

“Accomplished agents will share their strategies for achieving attractive fees and market growth, outlining their plans for thriving in 2024. The key elements of focus during these sessions will revolve around Brand, Culture, and Data, leading to the creation of a robust lead generation and retention strategy, utilising the unique tools available to Fine & Country agents” says the statement.

Here are the dates and locations for the remaining regional meetings:

14th November: South East – Tunbridge Wells

15th November: London

21st November: East Anglia – Cambridge

22nd November: North East

28th November: North West

29th November: Midlands
