The fledgling Build To Rent trade organisation, called the UK Apartment Association, is setting up regional hubs.
It’s already established ones in Scotland and North East England, and now it’s setting up a hub in the Midlands.
The new Midlands co-chairs will be Rebecca Taylor, managing director of BTR at Long Harbour and Tom Grey, BTR director at David Phillips.
Other UKAA Midlands Hub committee members represent DLA Piper, Touchstone Residential, Apache Capital, Centrick, Godwin Group, Dandara Living and Urbanbubble.
