An agency which currently has £350m of property under management and boasts a 98 per cent client retention rate, has opened a third office.

Maskells’ third office is in Marylebone and covers that area plus the West End of London, with a dedicated team led by industry veteran Mitchell Murphy, formerly of Druce and Knight Frank. 

Maskells managing director Jamie Hope says: “We opened our Kensington & Notting Hill office in 2021, which is doing brilliantly. We will continue to attract top talent allowing for the continuing expansion of our office network , ensuring the highest standards of care are given to our clients and we are able to offer them the high-performance service for which we are known.

Established in 1965, Maskells specialises in lettings, residential sales and property management. The company has offices in Chelsea and Kensington and now Marylebone. It describes its offers to landlords as having “full focus is on maximizing rent achieved, maximizing tenancy length and minimizing voids.”
