The UK Apartment Association – a Build To Rent trade body – has given details of an expo it’s hosting in London next month.

It says it will focus on enabling suppliers, investors, procurement executives, operators, and third-party operators to make connections they need to do better BTR business.

Over 90 exhibitors will be present, with  presentations and thought leadership sessions, along with roundtables, interactive breakout sessions and workshops.

There will also be a BTR Launch Pad which provides a dedicated platform for companies to showcase new innovations and concepts to BTR specifiers, focused on new products.

“The annual UKAA expo is hugely valued by suppliers, investors, operators, procurement execs and all those involved in the BTR market which has a potential worth of £126 billion by 2028 according to Knight Frank” claims UKAA chief executive Brendan Geraghty.

“Following the success of our 2023 Expo, where 750 registrants came to meet 90 exhibitors, we will be delivering an even bigger and better event this year. Expo ’24 will showcase new products and solutions, enabling all those in the sector to see the latest developments for their future BTR and SFR operations.

“As expected from a UKAA event, the day will also be packed with first-class content, delivering value for delegates in a multitude of ways.”

The event takes place on February 29 at Islington’s Business Design Centre in London.
