Famous agency ditches HQ for new base and a contemplation room

Todays other news

Strutt & Parker is leaving its HQ to share premises with other parts of its parent company – and to have a ‘contemplation room’.

Back in 2017 BNP Paribas Real Estate, a global financial services giant, acquired Strutt and now the agency’s employees are shifting from their HQ at Aldermanbury Square to the finance company’s larger premises in Marylebone.

In the same property will be BNP Paribas Real Estate and BNP Paribas (bank).

It’s part of the BNP Group’s strategy to bring together its entities in major cities ‘under one roof’.

The new premises will be in two buildings and have on-site facilities including a client conferencing and hospitality suite, roof terrace, employee restaurant, coffee bar, gym, a document solutions centre and what the financial giant calls “a contemplation room.”

A spokesperson says: “Our agile London campus approach presents significant opportunities and benefits for our clients and our employees. We will continue with hybrid-working across our estate to give all employees flexibility whilst maintaining the advantages that coming together in physical workspace offers.”
