New lettings brand claims franchisees can earn £100k-plus per year

A new lettings franchise is being launched, which claims its franchisees can earn £100,000-plus annually. 

The Sourced Group has launched Sourced Living, which wants its franchisees to handles residential lets including HMOs and also serviced accommodation.

Sourced Group launched back in 2017 and claims to have helped over 220 people “own and operate a property investment business utilising a diverse range of strategies.”

Under its new letting division Sourced Living will offer franchisees packages starting from £495, giving them what the firm calls “the opportunity to earn a reoccurring [sic] revenue, generating £100k + per year” with agents supplied with training, support, partnerships with PayProp, Verismart and Fixflo, and its own bespoke CRM software.

Sara Stevenson, the franchise operation’s lettings director, says: “We are passionate about our unique offering. By having different levels of service, it provides more choice for landlords. Together we can bring something special to the lettings market and improve how people live.”

Sourced Group chief executive Stephen Moss adds: “We’re already seeing a huge appetite for our unique model, from both lettings agents who are employed and those that are already self-employed in the property world.

“Our mission is to provide the most attractive model for those who want to start their own business in lettings, providing our franchisees with residual income growth, reliable cashflow whilst training and supporting them to become the industry experts in their area. We have a package that is fully complaint and offers everything you need to get started.”
