High end lettings agency Savills has appointed a new head of residential lettings for its offices in Beaconsfield and Amersham.

Daniel Spratley has more than 10 years’ experience within the rental sector, having previously worked for over two years the lettings team at Savills Beaconsfield and for various agents across London including Strutt and Parker, John Wilcox and Co and R Whitley and Co.

He says: “It’s a real privilege to take the next step and to lead our teams in Beaconsfield and Amersham. The rental market in South Bucks continues to be very active – with strong demand in particular for family homes close to lots of amenities and within a short distance of train services into London.

“We are fortunate to have a very strong team covering the whole of South Bucks and I’m excited to have an opportunity to shape this further.”

Gordon Hood, who leads the lettings teams for Savills across the Home Counties, adds: “I’m delighted to welcome Daniel to his new role. He has worked in lettings for the majority of his agency career and I look forward to watching the teams in Beaconsfield and Amersham thrive under his leadership.

“His appointment signals our continued commitment to strengthening our teams and ensuring our offices can provide the very best service to our clients.”
