One of the first Building To Rent schemes in Wales – a 22 storey tower – has seen its first residents move in.

Grainger’s The Copper Works is in Cardiff and has 307 studio, one and two bed flats, plus four on the 20th floor with what are described as “personal balconies.”

Monthly rent starts from £900.

The scheme has a 4,697 square foot rooftop offering panoramic views over the city, a residents’ lounge, co-working pods, a private dining room, kitchen and games area.

There’s also an on-site gym and a dedicated on-site Resident Services Team.

Grainger chief executive Helen Gordon says: The development offers a new way of living and renting in the city, with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for residents to socialise and meet new people, whilst enjoying the great views across Cardiff from our top floor rooftop.”

The Copper Works also features circa 2,132 square feet of commercial space located on the ground floor of the development.
