Agency launches Platinum Homes service for high-end lettings

Todays other news

Home Counties agency Bridges today launches Platinum Homes, which it describes as “a bespoke sales and lettings service catering to premium properties in Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.”

The agency – which has over three decades of experience in the industry – says it’s “identified a distinct need for a proactive, well-connected agent specialising in the upper quartile of the market, focusing on premium, plush, sleek and unique properties valued between £1 million to £3 million and £2,500-plus pcm.”

Platinum Homes by Bridges says it will work for customers in this niche by “prioritising pro-active engagement” rather than “passive reliance on property portals.”

It says this means an emphasis on direct one-to-one communication; building enduring relationships and offering honest advice; maximising exposure through traditional as well as digital channels; being proactive using “traditional methods with London connections for enhanced reach”, and offering support for landlords tailored on their needs.

The agency has released a promotional video about its new service here.
