Agent Rainmaker’s bootcamp for letting agents returns next month.

The four day event is run by former ARLA President and Agent Rainmaker founder Sally Lawson.

She says: “The Bootcamp will see letting agents pick apart their businesses to identify the weak spots – whether that be staffing issues, under or over charging, or marketing – it will be different for everybody.

“The event enables agents to take a step back and really look at their business with fresh eyes and a new perspective, and to get a real grip of the numbers.

“It’s ultimately about working smarter, not harder – a term most business owners across all sectors are aware of, but many don’t know how to do.”

Lawson claims that over seven years the camp has coached over 600 agents who have collectively added over £62m in additional revenue.
