The Martyn Gerrard agency has acquired a London independent – Range Homes.

Range Homes, based in the north London suburb of Palmers Green, is known locally for its lettings valuations and management, guaranteed rent packages, and property management; these will be integrated into the lettings services already offered by Martyn Gerrard across north and northwest London.

Range Homes founder, Chanel Ali, will work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team.

The acquisition will make use of the recently launched Martyn Gerrard office at Winchmore Hill.

Lettings director Greg Tsuman says: “Range Homes has an outstanding record for taking a proactive, professional, and personal approach to servicing its customers. These qualities will naturally align with the innovative and people-oriented culture that we uphold at Martyn Gerrard, and which underpin the success we strive to achieve for our people and our clients.”

And managing director Simon Gerrard adds: “In today’s market, landlords and renters alike are increasingly looking for support from a trusted property adviser, and we’re delighted that we’ll be able to go even further in providing this as we continue to expand our lettings services.

“Chanel is an exceptional property professional, and Range Homes does an excellent job in supporting its customers, including both landlords and people looking to buy or sell their homes. Chanel’s clients can rest assured that they will continue to receive this top-quality customer care and service, and we’re thrilled to welcome Range Homes to the Martyn Gerrard family.”
