Belvoir Group has linked up with Propertymark in a deal which they say will “help further improve standards and enhance financial protection for consumers.”

Propertymark works closely with its members to set professional standards through regulation, accredited and recognised qualifications, an industry-leading training programme and mandatory Continuing Professional Development.

“ARLA Propertymark – Propertymark’s lettings membership arm, is the leading membership body for letting agents, providing high standards of advice for agents and consumers alike. All our franchisees will now be provided with in-house training to ensure that everyone achieves the Level 3 Award in residential letting and property management within the next two years if they do not already hold an equivalent qualification. 

“The franchisees also have access to NAEA Propertymark, Propertymark’s estate agency membership arm under the new partnership.
