Cotswolds and Midlands agency Sheldon Bosley Knight has snapped up a small independent lettings business.

Stratford-based Charles Saville Limited adds more than 150 fully managed properties to SBK’s books.

Charles Saville Limited was established in 1984. Currently managed by Nicola Morris, the business has built a local following with 75 per cent of its portfolio come by word-of-mouth recommendation.

Its client base covers Stratford-upon-Avon, South Warwickshire and North Cotswolds.

SBK spokesperson Mike Cleary says: “I am honoured Nicola has chosen Sheldon Bosley Knight to hand over the reins of her business.

“I have got to know her over the last four years and it’s clear she’s run a tight ship enabling her to build an excellent lettings agency and in fact I believe it to be one of the best in Stratford.

“The acquisition itself is a perfect fit for us as our core values of putting the client first and excellent customer service are very much aligned.

“We are delighted her staff will be joining us and we wish Nicola all the very best for her new life.”

SBK, which celebrated its 180th birthday last year, has more than 180 in-house staff in offices across Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, the West Midlands and the Cotswolds.
