The webinar follows recent polling from Goodlord & Vouch which found that two-thirds of tenants believe letting agents need new technology in order to offer better customer service. The poll, of more than 1,000 tenants, revealed that 66 per cent believe new technology is needed, with only eight per cent disagreeing.

The latest Goodlord & Vouch State of the Industry 2023 survey also revealed that 36 per cent of agents believe a “significant” number of landlords will leave the sector in the coming months – ramping up the pressure on firms to pull in new clients.

The webinar will explore which rental technology trends we expect in 2024, including the role   artificial intelligence will play in the future of lettings. It will also cover how agencies can embrace software to tackle critical issues such as fraud, as well as how letting agents can leverage social media and digital marketing to win landlords and attract tenants.

Frangeskou says: “There’s more pressure than ever to attract and retain landlords whilst maximising revenue opportunities, driving efficiencies, and upholding customer service across the business. At the same time, there’s a growing array of technology solutions competing for letting agents’ attention, which can be confusing to navigate. We’ve brought together a panel of experts to help agents make sense of the market and embrace tech-led solutions with confidence.”
