Knight Frank has appointed Louna Del Barrio as lettings associate in a key London office.

Del Barrio comes to Knight Frank following four years at John D Wood & Co, where she was assistant lettings manager in the firm’s Kensington and Notting Hill patch.

Since embarking on her real estate career in 2017 in her hometown of Bordeaux, France, she says she’s always aspired to work in London.

In her new role at Knight Frank, she will be part of the team in the Southbank and Tower Bridge office, led by Oliver Hepplewhite.

“I was hugely excited to join Knight Frank, and it has been an incredible experience so far. The team has been so welcoming and it has been fascinating to see the contrast in property styles compared to Kensington” she says.

“This role is a fantastic opportunity to expand my knowledge and understanding of London’s multifaceted markets and I look forward to making a positive impact on the office growth in the coming years.”

And Hepplewhite adds: “We are delighted to welcome Louna to our thriving team. Her passion is evident, and I have absolute confidence that her addition will strengthen our offering in the area.”
