The ESTAS Group says its 2024 Best in Postcode Category Winners will be announced on April 26.

This new category was announced last October and ESTAS director Ben Marley says the response has been exceptionally positive.

“It provides winning firms with huge marketing benefits in their key local markets … [It] means each agent has the perfect platform to promote their ‘award winning service’ through the spring and summer.”

Every winner will receive marketing material for online, social media and print promotions, and postcode winning agents will automatically be shortlisted for regional or national awards to be announced at the ESTAS Awards in October.

Marley says ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures all reviews submitted are genuine, allowing participating agents access to insights and data to assist their business.

Phil Spencer, who will announce the postcode winners on April 26, says: “The work of agents is vastly underrated by the general public and it’s only when clients go through the process that they understand the effort, complexity and sheer hard work that goes into their job.

“I think it says a great deal about an agent who sign up to ESTAS. They care about their reputation and they care about their customers and are committed to giving customers the best possible service they can.”

The regional and national ESTAS winners will be announced as usual in London on October 18.
