PropTech player Technology Blueprint Ltd has completed the integration of compliance software firm, CheckDocs.

The move is the first in a series of planned integrations for the company in 2024, aimed at consolidating services for agencies and making Technology Blueprint Ltd a one stop shop for the lettings sector.

CheckDocs – which uses AI and automation to enhance data and target action for agents – joins existing TBL products PropCo and Kaypio Lettings Outsourcing.

Since TBL joined the Volaris global family of software companies in autumn 2022, the business says it’s seen rapid growth.

Adam Blaxter Paliwala, chief executive of TBL, says: “I am delighted to be able to bring CheckDocs fully into the TBL stable as the next step in our growth and integration strategy.

“Partnering is important to us, but wherever we can, acquisitions which enable us to deeply integrate outstanding companies like CheckDocs are central to TBL’s ambitious plans for growth over the coming years.

“Our clients benefit from remarkable solutions that expand our offering and enable us to help them better, increasing our profitability. It’s a true win-win.”
