National property services group, Leaders Romans Group has snapped up Purplebricks’ lettings chief to become a director in its property management team.

Tom Bailey is taking a role which LRG says is “a new appointment which will enable the group to strengthen its Property Management division further.”

Bailey will work with Kim Lidbury – LRG’s Director (Property Management) – supporting her on the implementation of a Property Management Strategy. He will also oversee a number of projects.

This appointment coincides with 30 people graduating from LRG’s senior Property Management Program.

Lidbury comments: “Tom has demonstrated that he has the skills and experience needed to enable us to expand into new areas. There are a number of key projects that Tom will be working on and we look forward to sharing more information about these in the future.”

Bailey himself adds: “As a large company with a strong high street presence, LRG combines the best of both worlds. And the well-established face-to-face service combined with growing online expertise is very much in sync with the way in which the market is moving.”
