A boutique agency with branches in prime central and south west London has expanded its lettings operation by acquiring two agencies and their managed portfolios.

Wilfords has acquired Cameron Pearson, based in South Kensington, and Draper Estate Agents in Notting Hill.

In addition to its sales business, Wilfords works with long and short-lets, covering a broad area of west, central and south west London. Its portfolio ranges from apartments through to family houses.

The latest acquisitions bolster the Kensington office and now Wilfords is looking to expand its lettings operation in Wandsworth too; in addition Wilfords has set aside £500,000 for further acquisitions.

Simon Welfare, agency co-founder, comments: “Since we opened or first office in Kensington over 10 years ago, and now with the opening of our Wandsworth branch 12 months ago, the lettings side of our business has rapidly grown. We have built a great reputation with both landlords and tenants alike through providing a professional, personable, and bespoke service.

“We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Cameron Pearson and Draper Estate Agents as part of our Kensington offering, and we are now actively looking to acquire other agencies in Southwest London to build upon the success of our fledgling Wandsworth branch.

“What sets Wilfords apart from large corporates is that we are an independent and local estate agent who can offer an agency’s hard-won clients a seamless transition, while continuing to provide both landlords and tenants a high-quality service.”
