Business Boosting Benefits promised at latest Agent Rainmaker event

An industry online event which organisers claim bring business-boosting benefits to attendees, is back for another year.

The ARX Mastery Challenge is a free-to-attend two day event run by Agent Rainmaker’s Sally Lawson, on May 9 and 10.

Delivered live from a purpose-built studio and streamed direct to virtual attendees, it promises to showcase strategies for creating more revenue, increasing profit margins, and building a system for generating consistent daily leads.

Lawson says: “It’s my mission to help the lettings industry flip the issues of low enquiries, low revenues, and low profits completely on their heads, and to demonstrate to agency owners that introducing just the smallest of changes to their businesses can make a phenomenal difference.

“Agents need to market for 2024 if they want to not only survive, but truly thrive.  Long gone are the days of lettings businesses relying solely on leaflets, referrals, and the occasional social media posts for leads… instead it’s essential that they embrace all of the wonderful technology that is out there and available to them.

“Through doing this, we have agents right now generating 300+ new landlord leads every month, adding on additional properties under management as a result and increasing revenue year-on-year, with many increasing their profit margins accordingly.”

Lawson – a former ARLA president – will be joined by others who will each share secrets on topics including how to grow managed stock fast; how to extract more profit from existing businesses; and how to create a consistent lead generation system.

Attendees will also hear first-hand from agents who have already transformed their businesses through implementing many of the Agent Rainmaker team’s tips and techniques. This will include Samantha Troy, of Adre Properties who started working out of her daughter’s car with just 25 properties under management and went on to add another 100 properties under management and over £100.000 revenue in just three months.

Lawson comments: “If there’s an event that any lettings agency owner needs to attend this year, it’s this one.  Not only does it offer a totally interactive experience and valuable networking opportunities, but it provides hugely powerful learnings every step of the way.  If you’re a lettings agent who wants to attract more landlord leads, generate more revenue and profit, and earn more money – then this event is not to be missed.”
