PropTech-savvy agency doubles portfolio …and explains how

Repairs and maintenance specialist Fixflo is running a webinar examining how one client, Umega, used PropTech to more than double its portfolio in five years.

Umega lettings director Simon Douglas joins Fixflo’s Lewis Bray and SME Professional’s Fraser Sutherland on a panel discussing how the agency managed to stand out from the crowd and handle legislation changes and compliance.

Letting agents and property managers are invited to pose questions to the speakers as the panel looks at key growth challenges and winning tactics.

Bray – Fixflo’s Head of Partnerships and Synergies – says: “Despite extensive compliance changes and operational cost hikes, Umega and many more agencies have managed to defy market conditions and grow their portfolio by winning new and keeping existing landlords on their books.

“I am eager to unveil what makes an effective growth strategy for those keen to thrive in 2024 and beyond.”

The free webinar takes place tomorrow at 11am. You can join the live Zoom webinar or get a recording link here.
