Curchods is making a bid to expand its activities in the high end Surrey market with a rebrand of its latest agency acquisition.
The agency is rebranding its Burns & Webber offices as Curchods – they had remained unchanged since acquisition back in 2007 – and now the company has taken on an experienced prime Surrey agent to help cement its move.
Jordan Sturgess, having spent a decade specialising in the prime and super prime market across Surrey and Berkshire, will join Curchods as Prime Partner. He will be charged with overusing the expansion of the company’s prime proposition into South West Surrey.
Curchods is already a well-known and respected name in the Surrey and South West London prime property market spearheaded by Prime Director Warren Fraser.
The expansion into South West Surrey, where Curchods believe they can echo their success elswhere, is to capitalise on demand from UK and international customers looking for country homes in rural settings.
Curchods Director Dan Dewar says; “Jordan’s experience and expertise in the super prime market can only further enhance our prime proposition, expertise and the dedicated service we provide Prime clients. We are now seeing more interest from high-net-worth clients looking for impressive country homes, offering a relaxed lifestyle in more rural settings. For many, these properties lie outside of the capital and beyond the M25 boundary, and we are seeing the likes of market towns such as Farnham becoming more popular.”
