Parkers franchisee Craig Pearson claims to have added a “substantial” number of properties to his Reading branch portfolio after buying an independent rival.
Parkers is part of franchise giant The Property Franchise Group.
Pearson, who has owned the Reading office since 1999, also operates Parkers branches in Caversham, Twyford, Earley and Woodley.
His latest acquisition is Landmark Sales and Lettings in Reading.
“Landmark has been a staple of the Reading market for many years … I’m looking forward to continuing the high level of service those clients are used to now they are part of Parkers” he says.
Landmark’s long-standing Senior Property Manager Tracy Why will join the Parkers team alongside Parkers Reading’s Lettings Director Mark Brooker.
Parkers’ Managing Director Toby Phillips adds: “Craig is one of the longest-standing franchisees in the Group and his passion for his businesses is absolutely infectious.
“The fact Landmark specifically chose Parkers Reading to look after their landlord clients moving forward really shows the excellent reputation for excellence Craig has built over the past 25 years.”
