The ESTAS, the customer review and awards platform, has unveiled new headline partners for 2024.

Reapit and PayProp will become the Headline Partners of ESTAS with immediate effect and will be the title sponsors at the 2024 awards taking place on October 18.

The announcement was made by Phil Spencer during The ESTAS Postcode Awards which took place on Friday.

Reapit and PayProp announced their merger in December last year, saying that together they provide services to help agents in sales and lettings.

ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown explains: “Our position as a trusted technology platform which integrates with the largest and most respected awards event in the UK property industry provides a unique opportunity for our Headline Partners. Reapit and PayProp’s beliefs are perfectly aligned to ours with their commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer success, so it was a natural fit and we are absolutely delighted to have them on board.”

As part of the four-year partnership, Reapit and PayProp will be the title sponsors of The ESTAS Postcode Awards each spring, as well as the main ESTAS Awards each October in London.

Steve Richmond – general manager UK & Ireland at Reapit – says: “Having worked across a number of the UK’s most prominent estate and letting agency groups, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact of outstanding customer service. The ESTAS Awards play a crucial role in recognising and celebrating excellence in our industry.”

And Neil Cobbold, commercial director at Reapit and PayProp, adds: “It’s a real pleasure to announce our partnership as the headline ESTAS Awards sponsors. At Reapit and PayProp, we take pride in the award-winning service and technology we give estate and letting agencies, so it’s fitting that, as partners, we can play our part in recognising the incredible people and businesses in real estate and the professional relationships that make up our industry.”

The ESTAS events are unique as agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers all gather under one roof to network and celebrate successes along with other top-performing property firms in the UK.

The 21st annual awards will take place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel and will once again be hosted by Phil Spencer who says: “The ESTAS Awards are based on real feedback from real clients experiencing real service, so they provide genuine proof of the service levels that a firm is delivering to clients.”
