ESTAS Change: new principal partner for this year’s awards event

Todays other news

The ESTAS awards event in October has a new principal partner.

It’s Landmark Information Group, which includes Landmark Estate Agency Services, Searchflow, Ochresoft and Optimus.

The ESTAS uniquely bring together agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers for one awards event. Landmark will sponsor and present the conveyancer category awards while Optimus will present the awards in the mortgage broker category.

Winning firms are selected purely on review ratings submitted via the ESTAS review platform, and only by home movers at the end of their moving experience.

Ben Robinson, managing director at Landmark Estate Agency Services, says: “Not only does [the ESTAS] showcase the resilience and remarkable innovation demonstrated by the sector over the preceding year, but the event holds significance as it’s voted for by customers, which gives property professionals a special reason to feel proud.”

ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown adds: “Our conveyancing and mortgage broker categories have grown over the last two years and their collaboration with our agency community is vital to ensure smoother and quicker property transactions for home movers.”

The ESTAS customer review platform enables firms to demonstrate the service standards they deliver for clients; a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine, giving potential clients highly valuable intel. The reviews can also be converted to Google.

ESTAS says the customer insights and data in the process helps property professionals enhance their reputations and generate new business.

The famous awards ceremony will be held on 18th October this year in London and presented by the UK’s favourite homes expert, Phil Spencer, in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The event will also feature the Official ESTAS After Party at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
