Franchise chain launches campaign for new recruits

Winkworth has appointed an ex-Chestertons and ex-Strutt and Parker industry figure to recruit new offices to the agency’s network.

Chris Brand, who has the title of Franchising Manager, is tasked with growing the Winkworth network across the country through new branch openings and the acquisition and integration of existing successful businesses.

Agency chief executive Dominic Agace says: “We have already opened three new offices in 2024 and have the potential to open or relaunch eight new franchisees in London over the next 18 months. We are delighted to have Chris Brand join the team to help us find the brightest and best talent to grow our network.”

And Brand himself adds: “This is a very exciting step in my career. I  already have an extensive number of contacts across the industry and look forward to talking to those interested in progressing their career with Winkworth.”
