Rightmove is hosting a webinar tomorrow for owners and managers of lettings agencies, focused on growing their business to the maximum potential.

The portal’s lettings expert – Christian Balshen – will be joined on the webinar by acquisitions and lettings consultants Lucy Noonan and Peter Fuller.

The webinar will take place from 10am to 11am and during the hour there will be insights into how revenue, compliance, reputation, and profitability all determine the value of a business, plus practical tips about the day-to-day actions businesses can take to influence their value in the eyes of potential clients.

There will also be real world examples of agents who’ve taken practical steps to boost the value of their agency 

Lucy Noonan, founder of Atomic Consultancy, has more than 25 years’ experience in lettings and estate agency, and was responsible for M&A activity for some of the biggest names in the industry prior to forming her consultancy.

Peter Fuller, an acquisitions and lettings consultant, has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry, and before going solo held board level positions with The Romans Group, and was heavily involved during its expansion, sale to private equity and eventual merger with Leaders.
