A seasoned lettings expert has been taken on to boost the success of an agency branch in Surrey.

James Clarke, with 25 years experience in lettings, has been recruited to expand the activities of the House Partnership – known as the house.Partnership – in Elmbridge, Surrey.

Clarke’s experiencer has mostly been in prime central London including a stint at Foxtons and James has 25 years’ experience in property lettings, mostly at the helm of highly successful lettings operations at leading agencies in prime central London.

His lettings work has included a stint at Foxtons and senior roles at Bective Leslie Marsh, Hamptons International, Farrar & Co and Barnes International, specialising in luxury real estate. He joined house.Partnership last month.

He says: “I’m 110 per cent committed to ensuring the smooth running of every lettings transaction. What’s most important to me is to use everything I have learned to ensure the best possible customer experience. You can have all the talent and acquisition skills, but it’s looking after someone that leads to a referral, most likely at the dinner table.”
