Lettings agency giant Belvoir has struck a partnership with a PropTech firm majoring in inventories.

InventoryBase Academy has been appointed as Belvoir’s recommended inventory training provider for over 180 offices nationwide. Belvoir franchisees will receive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certified courses on inventory management, industry knowledge and professional skills.

A spokesperson for Belvoir says: “Our Group has recently started using Inventory Base for all inventory training. Delegate feedback has been excellent from the outset.

“Delegates love the interactive nature of the training and the clear, knowledgeable, and professional way in which Sián explains the practicalities and complexities of conducting inventories.

“The course explains why inventories are so important and provides our agents with the knowledge and understanding to ensure inventories are both legally compliant and professionally written products that avoid any future disputes or complaints.”

Inventory Base says it “aims to help elevate standards and provide companies with long-term relationships with their clients and staff.”
