Educational Video Series launched to up-skill lettings agents

The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a new series of educational videos for agents.

The Guild’s Learning Platform serves as a central hub for agent members, offering a suite of resources designed to enhance agency knowledge and skills.

From The Guild Associate Schemes for sales and lettings to courses on social media strategy and compliance, the platform aims to equip lettings agents with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.

Iain McKenzie, Guild chief executive, says: “I am thrilled to present ‘Sharing Success,’ a collection of videos aimed at providing valuable insights and strategies for property professionals.

“With over 30 years of experience in the industry working as a business owner, Franchise Director, and Managing Director of a large corporate, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to help agents excel in their careers.”

The ‘Sharing Success’ series includes the 10 questions every agent should know how to answer, objection handling, building rapport, delivering the perfect valuation, and more.

Each video is designed to provide practical tips and techniques that agents can implement to win more business and provide exceptional service to clients.

“Our goal with the Learning Platform is to provide agents with the resources they need to make money, save money, and remain compliant,” adds McKenzie.

“By continuously adding engaging and useful content, we aim to support property professionals in growing their businesses and staying ahead of the curve.”
