High profile independent lettings agency base property specialists is marking its 20th anniversary with a new video-first website.

The agency – located in London and founded in 2004 by Kristjan Byfield and An Deckers – has won over 30 awards during its two decades and says its new website scores in three particular ways.

Firstly its video-first content; secondly by using what the agency calls “fresh industry-challenging language” such as ‘residents and owners’ rather than ‘tenants and landlords’; and thirdly with a user-friendly design without traditional property search and auto-valuation features but instead focusing on culture and the company’s track record.

Byfield says: “We’re driven by a desire to offer our customers what they really want, not just what the industry deems standard. Our new website is another step in this direction, breaking away from the typical agency templates.”

Decker adds: “In an era where digital content is king, we’ve come up with a refreshing and innovative video-led website. We hope the emphasis on our community and clients stand out by the personal stories told.”

The agency says the new site – which you can see here www.baseps.co.uk – “offers owners and residents a more engaging and immersive experience.’
