It claims that “following a significant increase in the number of new homes advertised on the site” its new build listings are now 95% of Rightmove’s, based on the number one portal’s calculations made back in February. 

Recently OTM said it had surpassed 15,000 advertisers, which includes both agents and developers, exceeding its previous high of 13,867 recorded back in June 2020.

It has now added 165 developments to its site since the turn of the year.
