An AI-powered Customer Relationship Management system tailored specifically for letting and estate agents has been launched by an individual agency.

Preston Baker is the first agent to go live with its tailor-made CRM system Greenhouse OS which integrates advanced Artificial Intelligence technology. and it says the list of agents who will be adopting the system include high profile independents.

The founding team behind Greenhouse OS originates from Preston Baker, and agency which has harboured a long-term aim to launch such a system.

“The reaction to Greenhouse OS within the industry has been overwhelming, with sign-up strong” says Greenhouse OS co-founder Ian Preston.

The system empowers agents with intelligent tools for enhancing client relationships, optimising workflows, and driving business growth. And it is “a cost-effective way to bring the world’s biggest CRM platform Salesforce to a residential sales and lettings agency” claims co-founder and managing director Alex Rhodes.

Rhodes says the user experience has been well received by the first agents using it.

“Our philosophy is that we believe that agents now, more than ever, need the freedom to run their agency in the way they believe is right for their local marketplace. The way that Salesforce works as a product is that your CRM is unique to you and whilst we install it to work out-of-the-box with the most powerful technology available in UK agency, backed by a $300 billion company, you can customise it so that you don’t have to accept that you must run your business the way your CRM provider dictates.”

Some of the key features include AI-driven lead management, automated client engagement, predictive insights, and workflow automation.

“We have accelerated our hiring plans to allow us to meet the demand that we have for the product already and are actively hiring more onboarding teams to ensure that we make additional spaces for agents to join us on this journey in 2024” says Preston.
