The ValPal Network has partnered with agency software provider Street.co .uk.

This will facilitate the integration of Street’s CRM with TVPN’s lead generation and nurturing system, MovePal.

The two organisations first teamed up last November to allow ValPal users to access their leads directly through their Street CRM.

TVPN director, Craig Vile says: “Our collaboration is testament to our commitment to addressing industry pain points and enhancing user experiences. Just as we did with ValPal, our aim is to alleviate the notorious ‘PropTech fatigue’ faced by so many property professionals.”

The companies say the integration streamlines lead management, tailors lettings and sales journeys to allow personalised lead nurturing, provides real-time updates on transaction activity, and enhances tagging with contacts labelled as potential, current or previous vendors or landlords.

Vile adds: “Much like our integration with ValPal, [this] partnership is designed to be user-friendly and cost-free for agent users. With a straightforward setup process requiring only an API key, agents can begin enjoying the benefits of integrated lead management without hassle.

“And there’s much more to come. This integration is just the beginning of our journey toward revolutionising property CRM integration. As we continue to innovate, our goal is to further enhance communication within the PropTech landscape, reduce administrative burdens, and make opportunities more accessible.

“We’re committed to simplifying the lives of agents and empowering them to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.”

The ValPal Network is a brand of Angels Media which also publishes the ‘Today’ news sites.
