Rightmove is rolling out displaying the new Material info Parts B & C fields on listings, following a number of months of working with agents and software providers.

Since November when the guidance was published, Rightmove has been providing agents with information and help through webinars about the fields that would be available.

The updates are being rolled out over the next few weeks.

The new fields which will be visible on property listings are:

– Parking facilities

– Accessibility features

– Utility supplies

– Rights and restrictions

– Listed Property status

– Flood risks

Rightmove is also updating a glossary of terms, to help home-movers understand the new terms.

Agents can see a full overview of the Material Information Parts B & C updates here on the hub, including some frequently asked questions: https://hub.rightmove.co.uk/rightmove-updates-for-material-information/

A toolkit and factsheet to help agents with the new guidance is also available: https://hub.rightmove.co.uk/material-information-parts-bc-and-cprs-toolkit/
